HR Manager – Full‑time, On‑site in Jaipur

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function at our Jaipur office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, reporting directly to senior management and supporting the company’s growth in the media and entertainment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Design and deliver employee training, development programs and performance management processes.
• Implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain employee records.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and execute HR initiatives that boost engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Experience in training, development programs and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, labour laws and policy implementation.
• Ability to drive employee engagement, conflict resolution and organisational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role within the media or entertainment industry is an advantage.
