HR Intern (6-month Internship)

About the role

This 6‑month HR internship supports MISUMI Americas in executing key people‑operations initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to plan, coordinate, document, and follow up on projects that improve execution speed and quality while aligning with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support one‑time priority projects such as evaluating alternatives for Keka, replacing the background‑verification vendor, and assisting with upcoming insurance renewal.
• Assist in long‑term HR initiatives including culture alignment, learning & development program creation, employee well‑being activities, career‑progression framework development, and process‑mapping of SOPs.
• Contribute to performance‑management improvements by helping define KPIs, track metrics, and refine documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management with an HR focus.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and communication skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability.
