HR Generalist

About the role

TaskUs is seeking an HR Generalist to support its European locations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will become an integral part of a fast‑growing, people‑first organization, helping to shape employee relations and drive special HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop HR solutions by gathering and analysing data, then recommending actionable courses of action.
• Identify performance gaps for managers and employees and propose improvement initiatives.
• Lead special projects, set timelines, coordinate stakeholders, conduct research and organise information.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarising HR trends and metrics.
• Maintain compliance with local legal requirements and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Experience supporting HR functions in a multi‑country environment, preferably Europe.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with managers, employees and external partners.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
