HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage general HR operations and end‑to‑end recruitment for Nexus Automation Solutions. The role offers the chance to wear multiple hats, from sourcing candidates to maintaining employee records, supporting a fast‑growing industrial automation business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations including leave management, documentation and compliance.
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist performance review cycles and HR policy implementation.
• Liaise with department heads for hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and/or recruitment.
• Preferably experience in industrial, manufacturing or automation sectors (not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with HRMS systems.
