BK Immigration is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to join its growing team in Vadodara. The role focuses on managing recruitment, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR operations to support the company’s workforce. Key responsibilities
- Recruitment and candidate screening
- Employee onboarding and coordination
- Maintaining employee records
- Attendance and leave management
- Employee engagement and internal coordination
- Supporting day‑to‑day HR operations
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and people‑management abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee handling
- Ability to manage recruitment and daily HR activities
- Proactive, organized and responsible approach
