About the role
Are you passionate about recruitment, people, and building great teams? We are looking for an HR Executive to join a growing organization and contribute across recruitment and HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Source and screen candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Support onboarding and employee‑engagement activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of sourcing and interview coordination.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is a plus.
