HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to lead and coordinate our human‑resources functions. The role involves implementing policies, managing recruitment, supporting employee relations, and driving performance and development initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company regulations and legal requirements.
• Support the full recruitment cycle: post ads, conduct interviews, extend offers and facilitate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Administer performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Monitor compliance with labour laws and handle employee grievances promptly.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Perform other HR‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a comparable HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with HR information systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is advantageous.
