HR Executive – HR & Administration

About the role

PetroBot Technologies is seeking a proactive Admin Executive to support both office and field operations. You will be the central point for managing safety gear, urgent travel logistics, and day‑to‑day facilities, ensuring smooth and compliant operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a real‑time inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and issue items to field staff with signed acknowledgements.
• Conduct periodic safety audits, replace damaged or expired gear, and keep compliance records up to date.
• Handle high‑priority “Tatkal” travel bookings for trains and flights, arrange accommodation and local transport for project mobilisations.
• Oversee daily office functions, supervise housekeeping, restock stationery, pantry supplies, and manage vendor contracts for utilities and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain an updated asset register, track issuance and collection of laptops, furniture, and NDT equipment, and prepare onboarding kits for new hires.
• Manage courier operations, dispatch invoices, legal documents, and parcels while ensuring accurate record‑keeping for audit readiness.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in administration or operations, preferably in an industrial or NDT environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to respond quickly to emergency (Tatkal) requirements.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory control, documentation, and compliance audits.
