HR Executive – Amli Factory

About the role

The HR Executive will partner with the Amli Factory business unit to co‑create an inclusive performance culture and implement the unit’s HR strategy in line with Unilever’s broader HR, employee relations and supply chain objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the HR strategy for the unit and ensure compliance with all Unilever policies and governance requirements.
• Plan and secure 100% permanent and contract labour, manage recruitment pipelines, and maintain a database of job aspirants.
• Track and control unauthorized absenteeism and support discipline management.
• Design and support key HR systems such as succession plans, mentoring schemes, coaching frameworks and induction programmes.
• Facilitate recruitment, induction, and deployment of temporary workmen, and monitor performance of new hires.
• Organise classroom, practical and on‑the‑job training for new recruits and coordinate appraisal reports for trainees, probationers and confirmed employees.
• Drive cultural development, inclusion initiatives (PwDs, women, LGBTQ+), and major transformation projects like World Class Manufacturing and Future of Work.
• Provide robust communication support through forums, briefings, newsletters and maintain connectivity with employees at all levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to design and implement talent development programmes and cultural change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with employees across all levels.
