HR Contact Center Associate – French & English (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Amazon’s HR Contact Center supports employees across EMEA with multilingual assistance. As an HR Contact Center Associate you will be the first point of contact for employee lifecycle queries, handling requests in both French and English while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and resolve HR queries in French and English via phone, chat, email and case management tools.
• Follow documented FAQs and SOPs, escalating issues that cannot be resolved.
• Own each employee interaction, ensuring timely and customer‑focused resolution.
• Identify gaps in documentation or processes and suggest improvements.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to explain benefits, payroll, leave, onboarding and termination matters.
• Provide feedback to improve service levels and work rotational 24/7 shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Required profile

• Very good written and verbal proficiency in French (B2/C1) and English.
• Computer literacy with Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience in administration, customer service, call‑center or HR environments is preferred.
• Ability to work with confidential information and in international, multicultural teams.
• Flexibility to operate in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to shift schedules.
