HR Business Partner – Site (Coimbatore)

About the role

Flex is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to support its Coimbatore manufacturing site. You will partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GM to set strategic planning goals and build a dynamic organization.
• Advise on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, retention, and succession planning.
• Partner with COEs and HR GBS to deliver integrated solutions such as reward, recognition, and development programs.
• Lead HR initiatives including performance reviews, employee engagement, talent reviews, and compensation planning.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
• Develop and communicate HR policies, employee communications, and training for managers.
• Support Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Excellent coaching, advisory, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex employee relations and conduct investigations.
• Experience driving DE&I initiatives and employee engagement programs.
