HR Business Partner – People & Performance

About the role

Saadaa is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic ally for its business teams. You will help shape people practices, drive employee engagement, and support performance management in a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring needs, and people challenges.
• Provide strategic HR advice on employee engagement, performance, team development, and organisational effectiveness.
• Own and manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, feedback, and appraisal coordination.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives across teams.
• Lead employee engagement programs, team‑building activities, surveys, and culture initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure timely grievance resolution.
• Support onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes in collaboration with HR Operations.
• Track and analyse HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance trends, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or strategic HR roles.
• Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and HR business partnering.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS tools and HR analytics reporting.
