HR Business Partner – Experienced Professional

About the role

As an HR Business Partner – Experienced Professional, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, delivering HR expertise that supports business performance and employee engagement at Hitachi Energy Technology Services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into HR strategies and initiatives.
• Provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
• Lead implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
• Drive workforce planning, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Coach managers on HR best practices and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose solutions.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with consistent policy application.
• Act as a change agent supporting organizational transformations and effective communication.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including significant time as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders and delivering strategic HR solutions.
• Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience using HR metrics.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
