HR Business Partner – Dehradun

About the role

The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR representative for the Dehradun function, supporting the full employee lifecycle and collaborating closely with business leaders to enhance employee experience, engagement, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the HR point‑of‑contact for employee queries on payroll, benefits, rewards, and HR policies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and post‑survey action plans.
• Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and partner with COE and Compliance on complex cases.
• Support performance management processes, including annual and mid‑year reviews, and provide guidance to managers.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across geographically dispersed locations.
• Identify and flag potential employee risk situations for timely mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with business leaders on HR matters.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, engagement, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight timelines.
