HR Associate Partner

About the role

The HR Associate Partner will support the Site HR Team at a large fulfillment centre in southern India. The role focuses on employee relations, headcount reporting, and ensuring compliance for both permanent staff and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate headcount and HR reporting.
• Engage with employees to boost morale and productivity.
• Proactively identify and address employee‑relations issues.
• Handle grievances and coordinate with the ERC and recruitment teams.
• Manage HRIS payroll processes and statutory compliance.
• Oversee contractor and agency headcount compliance.
• Process and audit contractor services and invoices at the regional level.
• Coordinate basic supplies (uniforms, pantry, lockers) and organise engagement activities such as birthdays, learning sessions, and reward programs.
• Manage vendor and cafeteria relationships.

Required profile

• Graduate from a recognized university (any discipline).
• 2‑3 years of HR experience, preferably in large warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated customer focus, integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Team‑player mindset with an ownership attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll administration.
• Vendor management and contractor invoice auditing.
