HR Associate Partner – Attendance & Onboarding

About the role

The HR Associate Partner supports daily HR operations for agency‑based employees, focusing on attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement on the shop floor. You will act as a liaison between agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate time‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Generate attendance, quality, and productivity feedback in coordination with agencies.
• Maintain and update feedback trackers and daily HR MIS reports.
• Ensure all joining documents are completed, filed, and visible across required systems.
• Coordinate first‑day onboarding formalities and educate new joiners on HR policies and systems.
• Monitor daily attendance exceptions using Kronos and FCLM, track leaves, LOP, overtime, and reconcile agency data.
• Validate overtime and NSA inputs before sharing with managers.
• Support HR Business Partner in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor issuance of warning letters and ensure agencies follow disciplinary guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of human resources experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
