Housekeeping Team Member

About the role

As a Housekeeping Team Member at Six Senses Vana you will support the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, sustainability and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assign rooms to Room Attendants and coordinate daily workflow.
• Monitor arrivals against occupancy reports and liaise with laundry and housekeeping management.
• Handle internal and external housekeeping inquiries via phone and email, using guest names and routing calls appropriately.
• Maintain a tidy housekeeping office, stores and filing system.
• Ensure all housekeeping staff follow hotel guidelines, Six Senses standards and LQA requirements.
• Assist in planning and improving housekeeping processes and performance benchmarks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hotel POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
• Ability to schedule work and manage cleaning procedures, chemicals and surface care.
