Housekeeping Staff

About the role

The Housekeeping Staff member ensures that guest rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms and public areas are kept clean, hygienic and well‑organized. This role contributes to a safe and comfortable environment for guests, customers and employees by maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust surfaces on a regular schedule.
• Dispose of trash and follow waste‑management procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
