About the role
The Housekeeping Staff member ensures that guest rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms and public areas are kept clean, hygienic and well‑organized. This role contributes to a safe and comfortable environment for guests, customers and employees by maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust surfaces on a regular schedule.
- Dispose of trash and follow waste‑management procedures.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
