About the role

We are looking for a diligent Housekeeping Staff member to maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment across the Drishti IAS campus in Indore. You will ensure classrooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas are ready for daily activities and events.

Key responsibilities

Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitisation of assigned areas.
Prepare classrooms and common spaces before lectures, meetings, and events.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and use them responsibly.
Collect and dispose of waste following hygiene and safety standards.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the reporting manager promptly.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests from students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Required profile

Basic knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitation practices.
Familiarity with proper handling and use of cleaning materials and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness or maintenance issues.
Punctual, disciplined, responsible, and service‑oriented attitude.
