Housekeeping Specialist – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role

The Housekeeping Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Patna, ensuring that office areas, common spaces, restrooms and employee facilities are clean, hygienic and well‑maintained. The role supports a comfortable environment for staff and visitors while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust and dispose of waste in assigned zones on a daily basis.
• Perform basic laundry tasks, including washing and managing linens or uniforms.
• Stock cleaning supplies, toiletries and other essential materials.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the facilities team.
• Follow established safety and sanitation protocols throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Strong housekeeping abilities, including cleaning, organizing and maintaining workplace hygiene.
• Experience with laundry processes and handling of linens or uniforms.
• Good customer service and communication skills for interacting with staff and visitors.
• Ability to learn and follow procedures, and to support onboarding of new team members.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and operate cleaning equipment safely.
• High school education or equivalent; prior housekeeping or facility maintenance experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
