About the role

As the Housekeeping Manager you will lead a dynamic team to deliver impeccable cleanliness and guest experience across all hotel areas. You will be the key driver of hygiene standards, operational efficiency and staff development within a world‑class hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Establish and maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards in guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Develop schedules, allocate tasks and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Train, motivate and inspire staff to uphold luxury service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar housekeeping leadership role within a quality‑focused environment.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong communication skills and clear thinking under pressure.
• Ability to inspire and develop team members to exceed service standards.
• Experience working with property management systems is advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
