Housekeeping Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the cleaning, maintenance and soft‑service operations of a luxury hotel building, including both interior and façade upkeep. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily morning briefings with security, valet and food & beverage teams to align on appointments and operational priorities.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the entire building, including internal areas, lobby, and external façade.
• Ensure strict compliance with green building policies, health and safety regulations, and all relevant standards.
• Handle guest and occupant complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage site operations such as F&B service, front‑desk support, and lobby upkeep through regular inspections.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, documentation and vendor management for soft services.
• Supervise vendor activities, perform daily checks and prepare vendor performance reports.
• Organise and deliver timely training programmes for housekeeping staff.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Six to eight years of progressive experience in housekeeping or facilities management within luxury hotels.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external service providers.
