Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant to join the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai team. In this entry‑level position you will ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas are cleaned, stocked and presented to the highest standards, while also handling guest laundry and linen.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and stock guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Maintain the linen closet in an orderly fashion and manage inventory of linens and supplies.
• Sort, tag, process and deliver guest laundry, uniforms and hotel linen.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and economically, reporting any defects in equipment.
• Promote hotel services and products, and respond promptly to guest requests.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow detailed procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
