About the role
The Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant ensures guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, stocked and presented to Four Seasons standards. Working on a shift schedule, you will maintain the comfort and safety of guests throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, landings and staircases following Four Seasons procedures.
- Remove used towels, replace with fresh linen, and manage linen closet inventory.
- Refresh bathrooms, restock amenities such as shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
- Prepare beds, close drapes, adjust lighting and music for guest arrival.
- Collect and clear room service trays, dishes and carts from service landings.
- Fold and store any clothing left in rooms appropriately.
- Turn down unoccupied rooms and attend to late‑check‑out rooms as needed.
- Dispose of garbage and recyclables in designated bins and keep service areas tidy.
- Follow safety, fire regulations and departmental policies at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to work according to Four Seasons cleaning standards and procedures.
- Willingness to follow safety and fire regulations.
- Reliability to complete assigned room quotas during each shift.
- Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks and handling of linen.
