Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant ensures guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, stocked and presented to Four Seasons standards. Working on a shift schedule, you will maintain the comfort and safety of guests throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, landings and staircases following Four Seasons procedures.
• Remove used towels, replace with fresh linen, and manage linen closet inventory.
• Refresh bathrooms, restock amenities such as shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
• Prepare beds, close drapes, adjust lighting and music for guest arrival.
• Collect and clear room service trays, dishes and carts from service landings.
• Fold and store any clothing left in rooms appropriately.
• Turn down unoccupied rooms and attend to late‑check‑out rooms as needed.
• Dispose of garbage and recyclables in designated bins and keep service areas tidy.
• Follow safety, fire regulations and departmental policies at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to work according to Four Seasons cleaning standards and procedures.
• Willingness to follow safety and fire regulations.
• Reliability to complete assigned room quotas during each shift.
• Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks and handling of linen.
