Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to join our team in Haridwar. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to a peaceful and welcoming environment for our visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and public spaces, adhering to company hygiene and presentation standards.
• Change linens, replenish guest supplies, and manage laundry items efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with front‑office and maintenance teams.
• Interact courteously with guests, respond to housekeeping requests, and respect guest privacy.
• Maintain accurate records of room status and inventory of supplies.

Required profile

• Ability to carry out housekeeping tasks with consistent quality.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene, sanitation and safety standards in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and a courteous, guest‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Basic literacy and numeracy; formal hospitality training or certification is a plus.
