Housekeeping Executive

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Housekeeping Executive and help create unforgettable guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and warm hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining spotless guest rooms and supporting the overall operation of the housekeeping department.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep‑cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities promptly.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart each shift.
• Respond courteously and promptly to guest requests, ensuring a pleasant stay.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas following hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or room‑attendant role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Physical capability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Professional, courteous interaction with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to housekeeping.
