Housekeeping Attendant – Mysuru

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team in Mysuru, India. In this position you will help create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests, ensuring every stay is memorable and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms to established standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and add personalized touches to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of hallways, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces throughout the shift.
• Restock room amenities, linens, and supplies promptly and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department immediately.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health protocols while performing duties.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements.
• Assist with laundry duties as assigned, maintaining quality standards.
• Protect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with discretion.
• Use property management systems and other tools to track tasks and communicate with the team.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a genuine commitment to guest service.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
