About the role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment for our guests by delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in the assigned areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors and public spaces.
- Maintain hygiene standards and follow the hotel’s housekeeping procedures.
- Provide courteous, professional and flexible service to guests, responding promptly to their needs.
- Report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- At least one year of experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
