About the role
Hyatt Centric is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join its team in Chandigarh. You will play a key part in delivering an excellent and consistent level of service to guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all spaces meet Hyatt’s quality and hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and service inquiries.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report any shortages.
- Follow safety, health, and environmental protocols at all times.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and flexible attitude.
