About the role

The Housekeeping Associate, also known as a Guest Environment Expert, plays a vital part in delivering a memorable and unique experience for hotel guests. Working within Marriott’s luxury portfolio, you will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained, and ready to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall room presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
