About the role
As a Housekeeping Ambassador you are at the heart of the hotel, taking ownership of guest rooms to ensure a clean, comfortable space and a memorable stay for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all assigned guestrooms to Accor’s standards.
- Take initiative to add personalized touches that enhance the guest experience.
- Respect guests’ privacy and belongings while delivering exceptional service.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality.
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and remain professional and welcoming.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
