Housekeeping Ambassador

About the role
The Housekeeping Ambassador is at the heart of the hotel, responsible for delivering clean and comfortable guest rooms that contribute to memorable stays. You will work directly on the floor, ensuring each room meets Accor’s high standards while adding personal touches that enhance the guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all assigned guestrooms to Accor’s established standards.
- Take initiative to add personalized experiences for guests.
- Respect guests’ privacy and safeguard their belongings.
- Provide exceptional service that reflects the brand’s hospitality values.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality.
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and act professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
