Housekeeper

About the role

The Castle Villa Hotels is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join its Bengaluru property. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces daily.
• Restock room amenities, linens and supplies according to inventory guidelines.
• Handle laundry operations, including collection, washing, folding and distribution of linens.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service tickets, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to schedule tasks and ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage cleaning schedules and inventory.
• Willingness to learn and support team development, including training new members.
• Physical stamina and flexibility to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
