About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Five Star Hotel in Amritsar. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that guest rooms and public areas are kept spotless, comfortable, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest supplies.
• Perform laundry and basic room maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from guests and staff.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the property.

Required profile

• Proficiency in routine housekeeping duties such as laundry and room upkeep.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to undergo training and adopt new protocols.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties in an on‑site environment.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
