Hotel Sales Executive

About the role

The Hotel Sales Executive will drive revenue for Jomotel’s boutique hotels and villas in Rohini by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and event planners. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maximizing occupancy through proactive sales activities and close coordination with the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and leisure segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate rates and contracts.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Conduct market research, make sales calls and visits, and follow up on leads.
• Report on sales performance and contribute to local marketing and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Knowledge of hospitality or travel industry practices and hotel sales processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to understand guest needs.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rohini, manage time effectively and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in hotel sales, corporate sales or business development preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field is beneficial.
