Hotel Maintenance Technician

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is seeking a skilled Technician to maintain and repair hotel equipment across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities. The role involves delivering prompt, courteous service to ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and keep accurate logs for all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Repair equipment such as motors, starters, breakers, chillers, plumbing fittings, gas and steam systems, HVAC refrigeration units, and guest‑room appliances.
• Respond quickly to guest calls and emergency situations including fires, power failures and water leaks.
• Maintain cleanliness of engineering stations, grease traps and plumbing areas.
• Assist with installation, relocation or upgrade of equipment and support energy‑conservation initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to work harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Compliance with Four Seasons Category One and Two work rules and employee handbook.
• Professional, courteous attitude toward guests and staff.
