Hotel Driver for Guest & Executive Transport

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a driver responsible for safe, timely transportation of guests, executives and the General Manager. You will create memorable experiences by delivering professional, courteous service for airport transfers, local trips and special requests.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests, executives and the GM to designated locations while ensuring safety and punctuality.
• Assist with luggage handling and provide a pleasant, professional guest experience.
• Offer discreet, personalized service to VIPs and the General Manager, managing schedules and special requests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, arrange timely servicing and handle minor repairs.
• Plan efficient routes, adapt to last‑minute changes and manage time effectively.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations and hotel policies; keep safety tools on board.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven background as a professional driver, preferably in hospitality or VIP transport.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, discreet demeanor and ability to handle schedule changes.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
