Logistic Expert

About the role

The Logistic Expert is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient preparation, loading, and dispatch of shipments to customers. This full‑time position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work with specialized logistics software.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation, correct and safe loading, and dispatch of shipments to customer locations.
• Receive goods according to remittance and invoice, sign relevant documents, and match items with sales invoices.
• Hand over loaded cargo to company drivers or forwarders and obtain receipt confirmations.
• Control, archive, and register bills of lading and maintain shipment statistics.
• Ensure vehicles and forwarders have necessary licenses and meet safety standards.
• Detect unsafe items during loading and maintain proper cargo arrangement.

Required profile

• Male, age 24‑35, non‑smoker and physically healthy for loading/unloading tasks.
• Completion of mandatory military service or exemption.
• Minimum two years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Business, Mathematics & Statistics, Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.

Required skills

• Ability to distinguish products and identify unsafe items during loading.
• Proficiency with specialized software for loading and dispatching goods.
