About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess/Cashier to join our restaurant team at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. You will work closely with the restaurant manager and front‑of‑house team to maintain service standards and support the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and receive guests in the hotel’s restaurants, managing reservations and walk‑ins.
- Provide consistent, high‑quality service throughout the guest’s visit.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately as a cashier.
- Manage inventory of the outlet, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Assist service staff with tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
