Hospitality Sales Executive

About the role

The Hospitality Sales Executive will be based in Patna and will drive new business for the company’s premium resort portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on acquiring corporate and individual clients, promoting resort packages, and supporting the company’s expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and leisure segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, presenting resort offerings and tailored packages.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate rates and contracts, and convert leads into bookings.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences before and after bookings.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and market feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Participate in local marketing activities, attend events and client meetings, and support promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize work, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to understand guest needs and resolve issues.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotional activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field preferred; relevant industry experience is a plus.
