HoReCa Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and support HoReCa marketing initiatives for our Professional & Bon Appetit brands at Dr. Oetker India. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and product development, requiring a deep understanding of food‑service channel dynamics and the ability to turn customer insights into profitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HoReCa marketing programmes for Professional & Bon Appetit portfolios.
• Design and execute channel‑specific marketing strategies and trade activations.
• Drive product innovation, coordinate new product launches and manage packaging, labeling and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with NPD, Sales, Supply Chain, Plant and Regulatory teams to create customer‑focused solutions.
• Develop sales training materials, brochures and product demos; support trade shows and market events.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor HoReCa market trends.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination with senior leadership, chefs and sales officers.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred; degree in Food Technology, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in HoReCa, food‑service or FMCG marketing.
• Strong understanding of HoReCa channel dynamics and customer needs.
• Experience in brand management, product launches and trade marketing.
• Exposure to product development, packaging and regulatory coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training capabilities.
