Holiday Product Manager

About the role

Grand Royal Tours is seeking a Holiday Product Manager to design and launch compelling domestic and international tour packages. You will work closely with destination management companies, hotels and other suppliers to create itineraries that balance customer experience with commercial profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Create and launch new tour products for group tours, FIT and customized holidays.
• Develop detailed itineraries and perform costing and pricing analysis.
• Negotiate rates and experiences with DMCs, hotels and travel suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, compare competitor offerings and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Coordinate with ticketing teams on flight options and fares.
• Gather feedback, improve existing products and share insights with sales and marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Hands‑on experience in tour product development or holiday planning.
• Strong understanding of destinations, itineraries and costing.
• Experience working with DMCs, hotels or other travel suppliers.
• Ability to negotiate and balance customer experience with commercial goals.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple internal teams.
