Experience Host – Luxury Resort Guest Activities

About the role

The Experience Host will bring Six Senses’ vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the environment to life through curated activities and excursions. Working on‑site at the Fort Barwara resort, you will deliver memorable, wellness‑focused experiences that reflect the brand’s values of local sensitivity, emotional hospitality and pioneering wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between guests, organizers, supervisors and guides within the Experiences department.
• Lead safe and engaging excursions and activities both inside and outside the resort, ensuring high service standards.
• Provide accurate information on activity options, gym and equipment usage, and recommend personalized experiences.
• Maintain, clean and inspect all activity equipment, reporting damage or wear to the Experiences Manager.
• Support emergency evacuation drills and report any health or safety hazards.
• Uphold Six Senses service guidelines, LQA standards and guest feedback benchmarks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Fluent English and good swimming ability.
• Understanding of hospitality operations and emergency procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
