Holiday Consultant

About the role

The Holiday Consultant joins a dynamic travel team to design and sell tailored holiday packages. You will interact directly with clients, understand their preferences, and present the most suitable travel solutions while staying up‑to‑date with the latest offers.

Key responsibilities

• Create personalized holiday packages that match client specifications and budgets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of international destinations, especially Europe and CIS countries.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service via phone, email, and other channels.
• Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction with travel plans and package options.
• Discuss travel options and costs to help clients select the best package.
• Network with hotels and transportation providers to negotiate pricing.
• Manage online reservation systems.
• Stay informed on tourism‑related news and developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a sales role.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
