Helpdesk Associate – ITIL (Noida)

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a proactive Helpdesk Associate with ITIL knowledge to provide first‑line technical support to internal users in Noida. You will act as a liaison between end‑users and internal IT teams, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve Windows and macOS issues, including registry edits, boot problems and performance optimisation.
• Configure and support MDM, Autopilot device setups, SCCM, Amazon Workspaces and Citrix environments.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory, Outlook, printer, external monitor and docking‑station problems.
• Maintain network drives, handle basic networking queries and support PC hardware.
• Participate in a rotational shift schedule to provide 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with at least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
