Healthcare Sales Telemarketing Executive

About the role
We are looking for a Healthcare Sales Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The role involves promoting healthcare products and services over the phone to potential clients, generating leads and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present healthcare solutions.
- Answer inbound inquiries, provide product information and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system with contact details and outcomes.
- Achieve monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard (higher secondary).
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
- Based in or willing to commute to Lower Parel, Mumbai.
