Head of Ready Mix Concrete Division

About the role

Refex Group is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) division, with a special focus on fly‑ash‑based concrete. The role involves end‑to‑end responsibility for setting up, operating, and optimizing RMC plants and batching facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of RMC units and batching plants from concept through commissioning.
• Execute greenfield and brownfield projects, overseeing layout, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
• Plan and optimize raw‑material requirements, including cement, fly ash, aggregates, and admixtures.
• Manage daily plant operations to meet quality standards, delivery timelines, and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and environmental standards through robust quality‑control processes.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing technical and operations team.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics partners, and internal functions such as procurement and finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in the RMC industry with proven leadership exposure.
• Hands‑on experience in setting up and commissioning RMC and batching plants.
• Deep expertise in fly‑ash utilization and concrete mix design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both greenfield and brownfield projects.
