Head of Legal

About the role

The Head of Legal will provide proactive legal counsel to the Airport business unit, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies. This senior position leads contract management, risk assessment and litigation support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice on customer contracts, vendor agreements and third‑party transactions.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in business operations and new investments.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on necessary action plans.
• Oversee corporate governance, statutory disclosures and compliance with Adani Group policies.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution, including briefing external counsel and negotiating settlements.
• Support subsidiaries and internal teams with legal queries and risk assessments.

Required profile

• LLB degree (or equivalent legal qualification).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate law, contracts and litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters in an aviation or infrastructure environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory frameworks.
