Head of Human Resources

About the role

10x Global is seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to transform the people function into a core competitive advantage. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition to performance, culture, development, compensation, and exits—while building the systems needed for a high‑performance, entrepreneurial organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and workforce planning across India and international offices, creating hiring plans aligned with growth targets and building strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Design and implement a company‑wide performance management framework, establishing KRAs/KPIs, conducting quarterly reviews, and linking compensation and career progression to performance.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, regularly measuring sentiment through surveys and 1:1s, and developing programs that make 10x Global a desirable place to work.
• Build and execute HR strategy, fix broken processes, manage employee issues, and use data to identify and solve people challenges.
• Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategy that supports rapid scaling.
• Strong track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and culture building.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and using data‑driven insights to improve people outcomes.
