Head of HR

About the role

GreedyGame is seeking an experienced HR Head to partner directly with founders and senior leaders. You will own the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle and build scalable people practices that support rapid growth across technology, product and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with founders and functional heads to translate business priorities into people strategies, covering hiring, performance, development, engagement and exits.
• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for technology, product and business roles, improving sourcing, interview quality, time‑to‑hire and candidate experience.
• Design and continuously improve GreedyGame’s performance management framework, including OKRs, goal setting, calibration and performance improvement plans.
• Build onboarding, 30‑60‑90 day plans and retention initiatives that boost new‑hire productivity and early‑stage retention.
• Own HR policies, SOPs and people processes, leveraging data such as attrition, hiring funnel conversion, eNPS and headcount to identify problems and recommend interventions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of overall HR experience, preferably in high‑growth startup or product‑technology environments.
• 6+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner supporting technology, product or business teams.
• Proven track record of owning multiple HR functions and working directly with founders, C‑suite or senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of Indian employment law, compensation benchmarking and offer negotiations.
